Using the Automatic Order Form Generator
This page will allow you to create and print a custom order form on your printer which you can then mail to us. Enter your information below, then click the gray box at the bottom of the page, and you will automatically generate a printable order form which will appear on your screen. You may then print this page from your home computer, look it over, then send it to us by mail with your Production Contract and appropriate payment.

Does this cost anything? There are no charges connected with the process of filling out or printing this form, nor are you actually purchasing any item by entering information here. This page is here for your own convenience in preparing a mail order. Any information submitted by the use of this form will not be shared with outside parties for any reason.

Delivery: Production CD orders which include payment by check or money order and a signed copy of a Production Contract will be processed immediatelyas soon as they are received, usually the same day they arrive. Paypal orders for Production CDs and passwords for downloaded scripts will be sent to you when we receive your Production Contract in the mail.

Non-Production CD orders (for Audio CDs and DVDs, etc.) do not require accompanying contracts and will be filled the week they are received.

Production CDs
Production CDs include complete printable scripts, musical scores, MIDI and Audio files, and additional extras such as vocal parts, costume designs, stage manager's guides, prop and costume lists and production notes and photos as available. Note: You must mail a copy of a Production Contract to us along with appropriate royalty payment for any Production CD order.
